Yes their should be laws in a utopia society. Because even thought it is supposed to be a place of no problems you have to rember it is still a place where people live. Just because it's differen then other palces there should still be order so people want forget it's a real society.

But elesse why not any laws these are still people we are talking about people are only humans not perfect the place might be perfect people are just people they need laws to follow in order to keep everything in order

I think that the person should be banished from the society. Only because they do not have no laws and if a person comes in there trying to steal they should be banished. But then again they should be punished because humans do crazy things because they are only humans so if this person steals so will another resident from the place. So therefore it should be laws to punish the crimial to protect he other people in utopia. Also if there are no laws how would the people feel safe and how would they know for sure that someone won't make a mistake. Any bad mistake can harm the whole community.
